Toona ciliata (= Cedrela toona, Toona australis)
Australian Red Cedar, Indian Mahogany

A very large, fast growing, dry deciduous tree to 60 m tall, native to southern Asia and Australasia with a trunk to 3 m in diameter and pinnate foliage that is beautifully reddish bronze colored when leafing out. It is popular as a shade tree and widely grown for its excellent, reddish wood in warm temperate and tropical climates in USDA Zones 10 and above.
