Blue Passion Flower
A slender, vigorous vine native to Central and South America that can reach to about 20 m tall with stunning, purplish-blue and white, fragrant flowers. The orange yellow fruits are filled with small seeds in bright red arils that are edible but do not taste particularly desirable. It is easy to grow from seeds and one of the hardiest passion flowers, suitable for USDA Zones 8 to 11. Even in Zone 7 it can survive a few winters if well mulched.
