Pandanus sp. (Saraburi)
Saraburi Screw Pine

A moderately sized, possibly undescribed pandanus form Thailand's Saraburi province where it grows on steep, almost inaccessible karst limestone hills. It forms a heavily branching trunk that carries many rosette crowns of straplike, arching leaves. The seeds are large. A great ornamental for the humid or dry tropics.
