Pandanus conicusIron Range Screw Pine Native to the Iron Range area in far north Queensland, Australia, this plant forms a large, multibranched crown above a robust, solitary trunk, giving it a very rounded 'treelike' shape. The densely held leaflets are very narrow. A great landscape alternative to P. utilis or P. tectorius. Please note that the seeds come encased in segments of stringy fibers. Each segment holds 10-20 seeds. |
