Dasylirion cedrosanum

Dasylirion cedrosanum

A robust species from northern Mexico that forms a short, stocky trunk, topped by a spectacular, large rosette of countless, broad, stiff, nearly white leaves. It is hardy to both drought and severe freezes and although it prefers hot, dry climates, with excellent drainage and a place in full sun it does admirably well even in cool, rainy conditions.
