Dasylirion acrotriche Green Sotol A moderately large species, native to central Mexico, that forms a robust trunk to about 1.5 m (5 ft.) tall and has a large crown of straplike, thorny, yellowish green leaves. It has a long standing popularity in horticulture and demands a well drained, sunny site and is hardy to drought and moderate freezes. |
