Seeds from this species ...... are very easy to germinate and need up to 3 months to sprout.
Just 43 days to sprout. Temperature average about 25º C. Seedlings grows fast and are spiny from the first leaf.

sprout.
Out of 30 seeds that were very fresh 26 germinated within 2 months of sowing in moist peat at constant 34d.C.
Germination started on 4th week and was totally completed by 2 month. Seedlings are very sensitive to damping
off, so be careful with them.
