Agave striata ssp. falcata
Native to the Mexican States of Chihuahua, Coahuila and Nuevo León, where it grows in open, rocky places in full sun, this Agave differs from ssp. striata in having fewer but wider leaves. It is just as drought and frost tolerant as the latter. Because of their very hard leaves with extremely sharp terminal spines these Agaves needs to be situated with care, away from where anyone could get hurt.
