Is there a tracking number available?

Not for orders shipped by post, which includes all small packet orders. International shipments with the postal service are not traceable from the customer side. The postal service does provide a tracking facility, but this is currently only available for the shipper, by written application, and involves quite a long processing time (several weeks, sometimes months). Track and trace is available for all express shipments (DHL, FedEx, wholesale only, please E-mail us for your AWB number).
